Goals: I am just starting off in my career and I already I have seen the challenges we face as physicians in an increasingly complex medical system. Part of the reason I undertook this fellowship in administration is that I have realized that there are many things hindering our practice and unfortunately there are not enough physicians doing anything about it. To this end, this administrative fellowship and the Master in Medical Management degree are allowing me to explore and develop the administrative skills necessary to be an effective leader for the physicians of tomorrow.
